Raven:

Hey everyone, Raven here with another episode of Plant Saved My

Raven:

extraordinary power of plants and their profound impact on our own wellbeing.

Raven:

This week I'm joined by Endora Todd, aka Hummingbird of Natural Knows.

Raven:

Endora is a gifted spiritual healer and guide who offers soul healing,

Raven:

modalities such as reiki, breathwork, sound, and crystal healing, plant

Raven:

So join us as Endora and I discuss her transformative journey and

Raven:

the power of these practices for healing and spiritual growth.

Raven:

I'm so excited to finally talk with you Endora.

Raven:

I know that you are multi-talented.

Raven:

You're a reiki master, you're a life counselor, you're a breathwork coach,

Raven:

I'd just kind of love for you to introduce yourself if you don't mind.

Endora:

Well, my name, given name, this lifetime is Endora Todd.

Endora:

You'll find me on my social media by natural knows.

Endora:

One day after my initial awakening.

Endora:

That name came to me because I just naturally know stuff all my life,

Endora:

flabbergasted and the amount of knowledge that I had and possessed, out of nowhere.

Endora:

So I go by that and then I was blessed by, I guess you would call them your mentors,

Endora:

your gurus, your shaman with the name of pynu in Yawanawa, Pynu means hummingbird.

Endora:

So I carry that hummingbird spirit very deeply.

Endora:

So I am here to be of service to the collective.

Endora:

I remember.

Endora:

A lot of things, uh, past lives.

Endora:

I remember my soul.

Endora:

I remember you, I remember a lot and, um, I had to.

Endora:

It's the beautiful gift of being able to read my soul contract and, and this

Endora:

time around I have been assigned as an awakening and ascension specialist.

Raven:

I like assigned, you know, it's not a choice.

Raven:

At that point.

Raven:

It becomes a duty.

Endora:

Yes, it is.

Endora:

Because I volunteer.

Endora:

I remember my soul volunteering and plant medicine actually helped

Endora:

So, yeah, that, that's definitely a big part of it.

Raven:

I also wanna say as soon as, as soon as you turned on

Raven:

your camera, my first thought was, wait, have I met her before?

Raven:

Do I know her?

Raven:

That was my first initial thought.

, Endora:

we have,

Raven:

that's really how it goes.

Raven:

. , so I, I'd love to hear more about your personal awakening experience

Raven:

. , . Endora: Just a little bit background

Raven:

They were very, what we would call out in the streets.

Raven:

My dad, he had a traumatic childhood.

Raven:

My grandfather beat my grandmother to death, who I'm named after Dora

Raven:

Oh my God.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

Um, my father was illiterate, but he was very technical minded and so he was

Endora:

able to provide for me, my sister and my mother as a mechanic, a auto mechanic.

Endora:

But he carried a lot of trauma and he ended up passing away probably

Endora:

about 10 years ago at the young age of 57 due to drug abuse.

Endora:

But the flip side of that, my mother's bloodline, um, full of pastors,

Endora:

My mom is a prophetess and evangelist, my grandmother's evangelist

Endora:

Martin Luther King came from the same plantation.

Endora:

Yeah, so we have, we have the Holy Ghost.

Endora:

All through that family.

Endora:

So I chose a good one on that one.

Endora:

So, long story short, I got both worlds growing up.

Endora:

I got my dad smoking the funny cigarettes in the garage, and then my mom taking

Endora:

And my dad was very direct, best advice giver ever, but nevertheless, grew up

Endora:

Then my mom switched to Southern Baptist, then she switched to non-denominational.

Endora:

And so I had all those experiences under my belt and I grew up and had my own

Endora:

And I don't believe it was a dream at this point, but I'm gonna call it a dream.

Endora:

I was about 33 years old.

Endora:

And for those of you who don't know, that's typically around the time you

Endora:

have your great awakening that that 32, 33, 34, spirit loves those threes.

Endora:

And um, and I had this phenomenal dream.

Endora:

I was in this cornfield, and I saw a storm coming and in the middle of this

Endora:

cornfield was this old church, you know, , the white paint was coming off of it.

Endora:

It looked like it was built in the 18 hundreds.

Endora:

And I said, oh, I need shelter.

Endora:

So I go into this church, but as soon as I step into the church, it lights up

Endora:

People, I don't know, but I know.

Endora:

. And they were like, Endora, oh my God, we're so glad you're here.

Endora:

Oh, thank you so much for coming.

Endora:

And I go to the altar or the pulpit of the church, and there's my childhood

Endora:

of Raymond Christian Church of Columbus, Ohio, my childhood pastor.

Endora:

And he said, Endora, are you ready?

Endora:

And he opens the stained glass window and there's little

Endora:

And I said, ready for what?

Endora:

And he just looked at me and smiled.

Endora:

I woke up, I was like, what is this?

Endora:

Like, it felt real, you know you had those

Endora:

Oh yeah.

Endora:

And so , I sat on it for about a month and I called my pastor, set an appointment.

Endora:

I drove the three and a half hours to Columbus.

Endora:

Cause I'm in Louisville, Kentucky and he was like little Endora.

Endora:

He hadn't seen me since I was 12.

Endora:

I'm now an adult woman.

Endora:

He remembered me right off cuz I used to be in his office all the time

Endora:

Like, did Jesus ever get married?

Endora:

And he never shoo'd me away.

Endora:

I always felt comfortable in his presence, even as a young child.

Endora:

And we went into his office and I told him the dream.

Endora:

And he said, he goes over my family background and he said,

Endora:

well, it seems like you know the, your bloodline is already gifted.

Endora:

And he stands up, he looks out of the window and he said, um, he says these

Endora:

He says, are you ready?

Endora:

And it felt like a thousand books fell at one time and something welled in

Endora:

And I knew exactly what he meant when he said, are you ready?

Endora:

. Raven: Wow.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

, you can't put the lid back on the pot after that?

Endora:

Nope.

Endora:

Not at all.

Endora:

Not at all.

Endora:

Not at all.

Endora:

So that was the great awakening and I had many, many, many awakenings after that.

Raven:

So how did that transform your life and how do you go

Endora:

So how, what did it transformed my life into the great seeking.

Endora:

After the awakening, you start seeking.

Raven:

Yep.

Raven:

You realize that those questions you were asking are they're actually

Endora:

Exactly.

Endora:

So I went on the great Seeking Quest and I started studying different modalities,

Endora:

that are here in the living now Baba Moji,, if you listening, I love you.

Endora:

, just gathering as much information as my soul could muster.

Endora:

But it was very lonely.

Endora:

It was very lonely and isolating because you really start.

Endora:

Not relating to what we call 3d.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

It's like this place is weird.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

The hologram world is not for everyone.

Endora:

No.

Endora:

And when you have that great awakening, you, you see so much stuff.

Endora:

And, and you feel very isolated because you know your friends are still partying

Endora:

It's almost like you are standing in traffic in the middle of New York

Endora:

and everybody's going by 10 times fast and you're just standing still.

Endora:

You just, you're isolated.

Endora:

And so I said, to myself, I said, spirit, if and when you will allow

Endora:

people who are awakening to have a safe space of, Ooh, I had this dream,

Endora:

Or I read this passage and I wanted to discuss it with somebody just holding

Raven:

I like that.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

Just a judgment free space so you don't feel so isolated.

Raven:

So you feel with your own peers, people that you can really relate to on this

Endora:

Exactly.

Endora:

So that is, that's how that translated into what I'm doing now and plant

Raven:

Yeah, I'd love to hear how that kind of folds into it.

Endora:

So I, um, in my seeking.

Endora:

I went to a woman's retreat and a spiritual woman's

Endora:

This young lady called me and she said, and Dora, I want you to come to ceremony.

Endora:

I said, okay, what's ceremony?

Endora:

She's like, just ceremony.

Endora:

And she said, I don't want you to look this up because you

Endora:

She said, but we are going to, we are going to sit with

Endora:

Ayahuasca.

Endora:

And I said, okay.

Endora:

And I've heard about it and I said, well, typically that's done, you

Endora:

I said, how does this end up in United States?

Endora:

But I didn't start down that, the analytical road.

Endora:

And a month later I was sitting in ceremony at a regular degular

Endora:

house packed into a living room with 20 people, these beautiful souls.

Endora:

And I hope I don't start crying.

Endora:

I'm a Pisces Y'all.

Endora:

I'm a Pisces with a cancer moon.

Endora:

Okay.

Endora:

Okay.

Endora:

So I took the drink and that was, it's hard to put into words.

Endora:

That was another great awakening of my soul.

Endora:

Yeah, another great awakening and literally, The ceremony went on

Endora:

15 minutes.

Endora:

Wow, that's incredible.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

So that started my plant.

Endora:

I said, plants can do this.

Endora:

Sign me up, boss.

Endora:

Cause before then, keep in mind I was a good little church girl,

Endora:

Nothing.

Endora:

Nothing.

Endora:

And I was like, That's why Daddy was smoking them Funny cigarettes.

Endora:

No, but in, in honor and in privileged, and I learned from these beautiful souls,

Endora:

And so I've been at the service of plants ever since.

Raven:

Yeah, I can definitely relate to that.

Raven:

I mean, once you realize how much health and happiness we really owe to the

Raven:

it's just unconditional nourishment for our souls and our bodies constantly.

Raven:

All we can do is just hope that we can serve them the best

Endora:

Mm-hmm.

Endora:

Yes.

Raven:

And if I'm not mistaken, you currently work with hape?

Raven:

. Endora: I do, I do.

Raven:

I love Grandfather hape.

Raven:

Grandfather tobacco.

Raven:

I love you, but Hape.

Raven:

So

Raven:

I'm definitely publicly announcing my ignorance.

Raven:

, but I'm not familiar with hape at all.

Raven:

I would love for you to fill me in.

Endora:

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful medicine.

Endora:

Beautiful medicine.

Endora:

I hope I don't cry again.

Endora:

No, please.

Endora:

Cause I already got like one um.

Endora:

At this ceremony, they start off the ceremony with Sunga,

Endora:

which is another beautiful plant medicine, eyedrops, and then hape.

Endora:

That was my first time experiencing hape, and what hape is is this beautiful

Endora:

herbs, roots, beautiful plants, and it is cultivated and sung and

Endora:

blessed, and prayed over by beautiful, beautiful souls in South America.

Endora:

Actually, HAPE is found all over the world in different forms.

Endora:

The indigenous African tribes, they do tobacco snuff.

Endora:

You find it in Europe, Australia.

Endora:

You'll find in the Asian country, but most prevalent, most people know the hape that

Endora:

is cultivated and loved on in the South America and in Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica.

Endora:

It comes from everywhere, and the primary, , tobacco is 20 times stronger

Endora:

and it is burned down into ash with these beautiful herbs and roots and

Endora:

tools, uh, crepe for personal use and a tepe to administer to someone that you

Endora:

love and trust, and it provides a mini meditative slash psychedelic experience.

Endora:

.. . Actually, if you don't mind me getting up, is that like against the rules ? Okay,

Endora:

so I'm going to actually get some of the tools and, and whatnot that I have here

Raven:

I believe I've seen the tools, if I'm not mistaken, , it's

Endora:

It is, it's through your sinus system and I'm

Endora:

Okay, I am back.

Endora:

Thank you so much for putting up with Endor-isms.

Endora:

Oh no, of course.

Endora:

That's how it goes.

Endora:

So this is the crepe.

Endora:

It looks like a little V.

Endora:

And this is what you use to self-administer.

Endora:

You blow through the short end and you self-administer through

Endora:

You can use any type of hape, but I really like the Hape from the Yawanawa tribe.

Endora:

Hey mama Washi, um, I love the hape from the Yawanawa tribe.

Endora:

It's very, I can feel, I hear them praying and singing when

Endora:

Literally, I can feel them, and that's very special to me.

Endora:

And then the tool that is used for ministering to an individual is a tepe.

Endora:

And the large end is where you load the hape, the tobacco ash, and then you blow

Endora:

One thing I do wanna say about.

Endora:

Because now a lot of people use that in the spiritual world, and I see

Endora:

There's little no respect and prayers.

Endora:

I guess it's the Southern in me.

Endora:

I'm real.

Endora:

I'm real about the respect thing and then also what it takes to.

Endora:

The tribe to gather all of the plants and replenish all of the plants in

Endora:

And then the prayers, the energy that's gone into it.

Endora:

And I just see people on the internet just dumping it in their hand and just, yep.

Endora:

I'm like, y'all, come on y'all.

Endora:

These, these are plants.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

I feel the same way.

Raven:

I'm a firm believer that plants have spirits and tobacco spirit has been

Raven:

absolutely just destroyed and exploited for many, many, many generations.

Raven:

, so of course it's nice to see that there are cultures and tribes that do

Raven:

still honor a traditional tribal tobacco spirit, like a real ceremony behind it.

Raven:

Mm-hmm.

Raven:

, but , now that you've showed me that I am a little bit familiar, um, I have

Raven:

seen it at like vape shops and stuff, so I mean Oh, that's what I'm saying.

Raven:

That's what I'm saying.

Raven:

So like, that's not necessarily honoring the traditional culture.

Raven:

, and who knows what the actual export and that kind of stuff

Raven:

So I just, I worry about all that kind of stuff and I always wanna make sure

Raven:

the plants as much as we can honor the plant spirits as much as we can.

Raven:

And then also, like you said, moving forward with a, a sustainable,

Raven:

eco-friendly way that preserves the culture and conserves the actual plant.

Endora:

Exactly.

Endora:

Also , , I wanna speak a little bit too about when you serve someone

Endora:

else, cuz keep in mind you are blowing your breath into another individual.

Endora:

. I don't know how profound that is.

Endora:

Essentially you are blowing your spirit into another individual.

Endora:

Now, I don't know about you guys, but for me, I like to keep my spirit in

Endora:

attachments or entities that are not serving my greatest and highest good.

Endora:

That's another thing that I see is people just blowing each

Endora:

Do you even know this person?

Endora:

Have they done shadow work?

Endora:

Have they integrated?

Endora:

Do you know?

Endora:

. They did they just get finished, , arguing with their partner?

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

Seriously.

Raven:

Do you, you administer to people currently, in your practice?

Endora:

I do, and I take it very seriously.

Endora:

Very seriously.

Endora:

I do not administer if I'm not in the right head space . I will

Endora:

from anybody that I feel their spirit is, vexed at that moment.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

And I take it that probably extends into your reiki practice, your sound healing

Endora:

It does.

Endora:

Um, sometimes during the session, spirit is like, this person needs some hape.

Endora:

And I'm like, okay.

Endora:

, and 10 times outta 10, they're like, yes.

Endora:

Let's do it.

Endora:

And they've never tried.

Endora:

It is like, I need clarity.

Endora:

So what happens is that hape travels through your sinus cavity

Endora:

and then it actually clears that mucus , that's stuck between your

Endora:

And so it actually acts as almost like a softener.

Endora:

Of that third eye.

Endora:

And I've had it described to me by , a first time user after I

Endora:

She's like, Endora, it's almost like a five minute edible.

Endora:

And she's like, I don't mean to be disrespectful, but that's the only phrase

Endora:

And so as the hape travels, it hits every energy center in your body.

Endora:

And it goes all the way down to your root chakra and you can feel it viscerally.

Endora:

You can feel it not only in your spirit, energy, man or energy

Endora:

You feel the tingle, the softness, and I like to train people.

Endora:

If you have trouble meditating as you sit with hape, just

Endora:

Into your third eye.

Endora:

So kind of move your eyes forward as your eyes are closed and look into

Endora:

people, they'll like, I see all these colors, or I saw my grandmother,

Endora:

It allows you to open up for a few moments to experience a different dimension.

Endora:

. . Raven: Very interesting.

Endora:

. I've never tried it myself.

Endora:

Like I've never been in an environment or a ceremony where it would be something

Endora:

It seems like, like I said, the only place that I see it is the vape shop,

Endora:

Good.

Endora:

I'm glad to hear that.

Endora:

But it's a beautiful, , experience.

Endora:

I love hape.

Endora:

I sit with hape daily.

Endora:

, a lot of people ask what side effects.

Raven:

.Is it safe?

Endora:

It it is safe.

Endora:

It's actually safe, safe, safe.

Endora:

I've heard of some people abusing hape.

Endora:

They have not integrated and they are seeking that calmness that

Endora:

So, Yeah.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

So , they get addicted to the calmness, not the, plant medicine.

Endora:

And so it's advised that you start off with once a day, and then for more

Endora:

you can go up to three or four times a day just depending on what is needed.

Endora:

Typically, I don't do that much unless I'm of service.

Endora:

I'm in the ceremony setting.

Endora:

Because it actually acts as a spiritual shield as well.

Endora:

Tobacco is a shielding plant.

Endora:

. Yeah.

Endora:

So it acts when you're of service and you're in that ceremony space, you wanna

Endora:

And one way you can do that is with tobacco.

Endora:

I will tell you that entities and energies of low vibrations, they do not like hape.

Endora:

but it is good to administer to those who have an aversion to it cuz it, it

Endora:

it's just this beautiful powdery tobacco medicine that allows you to connect with

Raven:

wow.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

I'm definitely very curious and I wanna thank you for putting the

Raven:

be used respectfully and , how it can be used safely and responsibly.

Raven:

I mean, how it can be used like spiritually too.

Raven:

I think that all these things are.

Raven:

Incredibly important to put out there.

Raven:

Cuz like I said, even starting this call, I wasn't super familiar with it.

Raven:

I had seen it, I've read a little bit, but there's a lot of conflicting

Raven:

there working with it . So . Thank you very much for sharing that.

Endora:

You're welcome.

Endora:

You're welcome.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

I've seen some information that's, a little contradictory, like,

Endora:

No, you can't.

Endora:

Our ancestors been doing it thousands of years and you ain't never seen on a cave

Endora:

No.

. Raven:

Like you said though, it, it comes down to the integration because I think

. Raven:

cannabis, , ayahuasca even, , looking at psilocybin and mushrooms, yes, . We

. Raven:

can very much get addicted as a, as a soul to that level of bliss.

. Raven:

, but if we're not integrating it, that level of bliss is very fickle.

. Raven:

Soon it'll just be reminding you of what you haven't integrated and then

. Raven:

Exactly.

. Raven:

Yeah, exactly.

. Raven:

And then, if you're able to take that and bring it into your real life.

. Raven:

The next day, the following day, the week after.

. Raven:

That's, that's where the work is done.

. Raven:

So I see what you're saying with how people can become addicted to

. Raven:

because they're not actually doing the work that needs to be done.

. Endora:

Exactly.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

I, I feel you there

Endora:

exactly

Raven:

To pivot the conversation just a little bit.

Raven:

I would love to hear, like, I know a little bit about breath work and how

Raven:

I'd love to know more about how this, how you use the practice

Raven:

in order to help people on their own journeys of self discovery.

Endora:

Perfect.

Endora:

So we, a lot of us have experienced trauma.

Endora:

I mean, coming out the birth canal is trauma.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

And what I mean by trauma I is from a visceral sense or body sense, is where our

Endora:

nervous system has been disturbed in such a way that it, it imprints on our D N A.

Endora:

That's, it could be something as simple as you stubbing your toe

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

What I think about is if, if not us, our parents.

Endora:

Exactly.

Raven:

And that comes down, you know,

Endora:

it does because you have all that D N A just hanging out.

Endora:

Making you the person, making you raven, making you Endora.

Endora:

And guess what?

Endora:

I have my great grandmother's, my grandfather's mine, all that remembering

Endora:

And so a lot of times we get disconnected with our vessel.

Endora:

With this clay pot quoting quote, and so I discovered breath work because

Endora:

high that I was leaving my body at least I would say four times a day.

Endora:

It was not disassociation, it was literally my spirit.

Endora:

I would see myself.

Endora:

And I know this sound weird, guys, but stay with me because I was, with

Endora:

each awakening, I got more and more intense in my pursuit of seeking.

Endora:

So I would fast, I would pray, and I would get in such a meditative space

Endora:

that I would leave my, I would leave my body and I would see my vessel there.

Endora:

I see my vessels sitting there meditating and I'm looking at Endora

Endora:

I'm like, how is this even possible?

Endora:

Hello.

Raven:

No, I mean, I can, I can see where that would be scary at certain points.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

, I was so scared one night that I was going to leave my body, I actually slept

Endora:

under the fitted sheets thinking, thinking that I can enclose my spirit cause.

Endora:

I was scared.

Endora:

I was like, I kept telling, I, I was like, I feel like I'm dying.

Endora:

And people was like, do, are you suicidal?

Endora:

No, I'm not suicidal, but I feel my soul leave my body.

Endora:

I am leaving.

Endora:

I'm going.

Endora:

I see my, I am outside of myself looking at myself and fully aware of it.

Endora:

And they were like, oh, well what do you want for lunch?

Endora:

And so I was like, I need help again.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

Trying to figure this out on my own.

Endora:

And one of my beautiful spirit guides Early in the morning, my eyes flew

Endora:

I heard breath,

Endora:

breath.

Endora:

I was like, okay, breath.

Endora:

So I, I said, okay, I'm gonna follow this rabbit hole.

Endora:

So I type in breath and Google the beautiful AI that it is, put

Endora:

And I started studying prana or breath work and I said, you know what?

Endora:

I need some formal training in this.

Endora:

So I said, spirit, Spirit guys, ascended, masters, all you cool cats and kittens.

Endora:

And that's how I taught to my spirit team.

Endora:

For real.

Raven:

I love that.

Endora:

And I said, uh, if this is something that you want me to pursue,

Endora:

Cuz you know the old adage, when the student is ready,

Endora:

So a couple, couple months go by.

Endora:

I'm la la la.

Endora:

And then all of a sudden I'm scrolling on Instagram.

Endora:

Now, keep in mind, I hadn't looked up breathwork, so it wasn't the AI

Endora:

And I saw this beautiful Southeast Asian woman who was full of life and

Endora:

full of knowledge and wisdom, and I could tell she was an old, old soul.

Endora:

She was here to be of service and she was offering breath work certifications

Endora:

I said, okay guys, here we go.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

So took her class, learned different methods of breath work and how it affects

Endora:

Wired and tired, or you're awake and bake.

Endora:

It's, it's different, different ways you can breathe in order to, for you to come

Endora:

and calm your nervous system and your vagus nerve and get you into a state of,

Endora:

with you because, It's almost keep in mind when your nervous system is going haywire

Endora:

energetically, it's almost like you're, they're trying to touch a live socket.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

It's like you, you kind of, you, you got, you got some static going on.

Endora:

So if you're looking to connect more deeply with the other

Endora:

world's dementias planes timeline, your nervous system is the key.

Endora:

I'm going to say that again.

Endora:

Your nervous system is the key for access.

Endora:

This has been proven through Tibetan monks.

Endora:

That's why your breath, how you breathe, getting your vessel into

Endora:

alignment, allowing that nervous system to come, allows you to connect.

Endora:

With other dimensions, planes, and timelines.

Endora:

It's just that simple.

Endora:

So right after I got my breath work, um, certification here, we could go

Endora:

And I'm like, y'all, come on

Raven:

Bad timing.

Endora:

Yes, you can breathe.

Endora:

Yes, you can breathe.

Endora:

And that got into people's subconscious.

Endora:

People don't understand how powerful , your vibration, and your

Endora:

Be careful what you say.

Endora:

, you can breathe.

Endora:

You are honored, you are honored and privileged to breathe.

Endora:

So that's, that's the breath work journey.

Endora:

So how I integrate that when I get a client, oh my God, Endora my

Raven:

Is that your typical client?

. Endora:

Well, yeah.

Raven:

Oh wow.

Raven:

Okay.

Raven:

, , that was gonna be, that next question is what'd your clientele , who comes to you?

Endora:

Everybody.

Endora:

Young, old, black, white, heterosexual.

Endora:

LGBQ Laqua.

Endora:

What's the little girl said on the Instagram says, Laqua everybody.

Endora:

I don't care who, I don't care about your vessel.

Endora:

I don't.

Endora:

. .. , I don't care if you have six legs and purple if you are looking to

Endora:

time, I'm like the man in this spiritual alley with the trench coat.

Endora:

What you want?

Endora:

I got it.

Endora:

What you want?

Endora:

I got it.

Endora:

You want some plant medicine?

Endora:

Let's go.

Endora:

You want some breath work?

Endora:

Let's go.

Endora:

You want some energy?

Endora:

Let's go.

Endora:

You want some divination?

Endora:

Let's go.

Endora:

Let's do it.

Raven:

I love that it's multifaceted, especially coming

Raven:

I would love to hear, how do you, if at all, do you identify religiously now?

Endora:

Don't, I do get to hold the ghost sometimes.

Endora:

Woo.

Endora:

But I don't, and I was so nervous to talk to my mother about this because

Endora:

part of the integration process is, , owning who and what you are.

Endora:

. However you show up, you show up.

Endora:

And so I could not keep my spiritual journey from my mother.

Endora:

And it was year three going into this.

Endora:

And Spirit was like, so when you gonna have that conversation,

Endora:

you guys are hilarious.

Endora:

And so, I called my mom one day and said, mom, can I talk to you?

Endora:

She's like, yeah, baby.

Endora:

What's going on with her son and self?

Endora:

I said, mommy, I got something to tell you and I don't know how you gonna take this?

Endora:

And she said, baby.

Endora:

Aw.

Endora:

I said, mom, I don't identify religiously as a traditional

Endora:

And she said, what do you, you know, her voice went up three octives.

Endora:

And I said, , I don't believe in the Jesus that you believe in.

Endora:

I believe Joshua was here walking Earth, and that's his name, Joshua,

Endora:

His true teachings.

Endora:

I said, however, I do not believe in the totality of the King James Bible.

Endora:

I do not subscribe to the modern interpretation of Christianity.

Endora:

And I said, I, for lack of a better term, mom, I'm gonna put it as simply as I can.

Endora:

I'm a witch,

Endora:

and she got quiet.

Endora:

For, I would say a good minute and a half.

Endora:

And I said, hello, mommy, are you there?

Endora:

She's like, yes, I'm here, baby.

Endora:

And she said, you know what?

Endora:

Whatever you need to do.

Endora:

To have your soul at ease.

Endora:

And I just burst out crying.

Raven:

Exactly.

Raven:

See, she got the true Christian message.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

And cuz I thought she was gonna disown me, I thought she was

Endora:

going to, you know, sequester me off into the proverbial corner.

Endora:

. And, uh, she did not do that.

Endora:

And fast forward five years later, my mom sat in her first ceremony six months ago.

Raven:

Wow.

Raven:

How was that?

Endora:

Oh, she loved it.

Endora:

. . She loved every, she's like this, just like delivery service in the basement.

Endora:

Just you doing it the dark with some drinks woo child, this

Endora:

She loved it.

Endora:

She loved every minute of it.

Endora:

. And she calls me all this when we gonna sit in our next ceremony.

Raven:

I love that.

Raven:

I love everyone's on their own journey.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

And circling back around, my mom diagnosed with bipolar two with depression.

Endora:

She was on her meds.

Endora:

She's like, Endora, I wanna get off this medication.

Endora:

I said, mommy, why don't you try Hape?

Endora:

Hape.

Endora:

What's that?

Endora:

I said I'm gonna come down cuz she's in Alabama.

Endora:

I'm gonna come down and I'm gonna bring my stuff and I want you to try it.

Endora:

I still have the picture of my phone.

Endora:

The first time my mom did hape out on the porch.

Endora:

She is in her little flower house, dress with her house shoes and she's

Endora:

Hmm.

Endora:

And she said, I wanna learn how to do it myself.

Endora:

Fast forward later, a year later, she's off all of her , psychotic medication.

Endora:

She's off.

Endora:

Nothing amazing.

Endora:

She's ran it past her psychiatrist.

Endora:

Her psychiatrist says, You know, if this is bringing you peace and

Endora:

So my mom does hape twice a day.

Endora:

It has helped with her arthritis.

Endora:

It has helped with her seasonal allergies.

Endora:

. . Plants Is what?

Endora:

Plants.

Endora:

Plants where it's out.

Endora:

Plant.

Endora:

Plant and fungi.

Endora:

Here we go!

Endora:

Plants and fungi.

Endora:

Everything that we need is here on earth plane.

Raven:

Yes.

Raven:

Everything.

Raven:

. Everything's provided for us.

Raven:

And think of how many medicines we've yet to discover.

Raven:

Sometimes I think about how many medicinal plants are in the

Raven:

Yes.

Raven:

You know, there's gotta be tons out there.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

I think about that too.

Endora:

Me and you think about a lot of things.

Endora:

We were both thinkers.

Endora:

I think about that too, as like they had barely touched the surface of the ocean

Endora:

Probably down deep in that beautiful under earth.

Endora:

I just, I can't, I, I don't know who I'll be alive to see it,

Endora:

If not, you know, but I praise Hape for helping my mom.

Endora:

, Raven: absolutely.

Endora:

, , what are some of the other really powerful, transformative

Endora:

things that you've witnessed with your different modalities?

Endora:

Oh, wow.

Endora:

, Raven: if you're comfortable

Endora:

of course I am.

Endora:

I keep this close to my heart, but energy work is real.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

I am going to tell you, my daughter's fiance got shot 11 times.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

And, um, shot in the head, in the neck, thigh, buttocks, stomach, and

Endora:

they left the bullets in his head and his neck, and I think one in his back.

Endora:

Oh my God.

Endora:

And, um, because if they removed them, they, they were, he.

Endora:

Nine times outta 10, he was gonna be paralyzed.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

And so my daughter calls me, he makes it home from the hospital.

Endora:

A week later, after all of this, she calls me, she's like, mommy, I

Endora:

I said, okay.

Endora:

I gather up my bag, my drum, my rattle.

Endora:

And take me a good spiritual bath, get my vessel clean to be of service.

Endora:

There's nothing wrong with hot service.

Endora:

You know this.

Endora:

It's fast food for a reason.

Endora:

But if you call me and say you, I am going to prepare your door's, going

Endora:

to fast and pray and shower and spray, and cuz I, I wanna be a proper service.

Endora:

Absolutely.

Endora:

So I go over there in my all white and I'm sitting in the corner.

Endora:

He's in the bed, and my daughter is in the doorway.

Endora:

She's sitting down and I just start singing and rocking,

Endora:

And I go over and I do non-touch energy work and.

Endora:

My daughter is crying.

Endora:

He's just, he, he, he don't know what's going on.

Endora:

He just going with the flow.

Endora:

My daughter starts singing and praying and I closed the session and I leave.

Endora:

My daughter calls me two days later and she said, mommy,

Endora:

I say, what baby?

Endora:

She says The bullet has come out of his neck and.

Endora:

It's healed.

Endora:

I said, what do you mean?

Endora:

She said, there's no hole there.

Endora:

Wow.

Endora:

I said, what?

Endora:

I said, explain to me what you, she said, ma, he woke up.

Endora:

The bullet was out of his neck laying on the pillow, and there is no hole there.

Raven:

Wow.

Endora:

So I get up, I go over there , and there is just like this small scar

Endora:

That's amazing.

Endora:

with the no touch energy work too.

Endora:

That's Yes.

Endora:

Incredible.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

That is the most profound experience that I've had.

Raven:

Wow.

Raven:

I mean, whenever I picture these types of modalities, I think more mental health.

Endora:

Mm-hmm.

Raven:

So to know that it can help with something, even that vital, something

Raven:

That's incredible.

Endora:

It is.

Endora:

And I was so honored and privileged that spirit allowed me to be a vessel of that.

Endora:

Cause I was not expecting that.

Endora:

I was just expecting, you know, just the calm, his nervous system a little bit.

Endora:

Just, , , moving some of that fear energy out of his vessel and no,

Endora:

. So then my daughter said, mom, can you come back and try to

Endora:

And I said, baby, I'm gonna have to fast and pray about two or three weeks for that

Raven:

,I'm thinking about how the Shipibo people who use Ayahuasca

Raven:

they describe their icaro songs as if it's like precision surgery.

Endora:

It is.

Endora:

Um, , , , I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this, you cannot

Endora:

. Because the medicine is alive.

Endora:

The shaman the paje, the curandero who ever facilitating that ceremony, , use

Endora:

So, it is a precision laser

Endora:

On how the medicine moves through your vessel and your soul body.

Endora:

. I'm gonna say it, I don't care who gets mad.

Endora:

If you're going to a ceremony with ayahuasca and icaros is not sang in such

Endora:

Cause you, you already took the medicine.

Endora:

You don't need to drive, you need to excuse yourself from the circle.

Raven:

Yeah, , it reminds me of how we have the, like the John Hopkins official

Raven:

they are in the room for hours in a dark room with the blindfolds after five grams.

Raven:

Listening to that particular playlist, it feels like that notion.

Raven:

However, with.

Raven:

10 thousands of years, thousands of generations perfecting it, passing it on,

Raven:

Like , even if you were born into the Shipibo tribe, that's

Raven:

still gonna be something that you have to be trained under.

Raven:

And I just think that we are.

Raven:

We're getting somewhere marrying music to ceremony.

Raven:

Yes.

Raven:

On a scientific level, we're getting somewhere for sure.

Raven:

, but , we still have thousands of years to catch up to be anywhere near

Endora:

Well, , I would challenge those that are taking a scientific

Endora:

route is to studying plant and fungi, um, in a way of, in, in that way to.

Endora:

Not, not use the test subject, but use yourself.

Raven:

Absolutely.

Endora:

Because this is the thing.

Endora:

, I'm still under apprenticeship as a padre, as a condo.

Endora:

And you have to, before they release you, one of the things they, uh, before you are

Endora:

allowed to serve the medicine, you have to learn how to navigate the medicine.

Endora:

. And what navigate the medicine is, is you have to learn how to ride the

Endora:

So how I describe it to people is when, when my beautiful.

Endora:

My beautiful paje when she, , allows me to, be of service and ceremony.

Endora:

She's looking for how I ride that vibration.

Endora:

So one, taking a large amount of plant medicine and still be

Endora:

. . And then also, , when you, because you can, I don't.

Endora:

When you, um, are blessed to be of service in that way, you can hear the medicine.

Endora:

. You can hear the fungi.

Endora:

I literally hear them.

Endora:

And when you sit with other pajes and curanderos, , you already know

Endora:

what they're going to sing and you are all, in the same frequency.

Endora:

. And you can literally see.

Endora:

We call it riding a wave.

Endora:

In plant medicine community, you can ride the music.

Endora:

It's like a rainbow.

Endora:

And different notes are different colors and, and I love riding the music.

Endora:

, when you ride the music, it's almost like you're on a surfboard.

Endora:

. , my first time I tried to ride the music, I stood up in ceremony.

Endora:

I could see the music coming from the shamans ,the pajes.

Endora:

I could literally see it with my, my eyes.

Endora:

And , I stood up and I got my feet about shoulder length apart, and I put

Endora:

And literally , I was riding the music and , after ceremony, my paje came up.

Endora:

She's like, I was wondering when you were going to get on your surfboard.

Endora:

She said, I've been waiting months for you to do it.

Raven:

Wow.

Endora:

And that , the music with the plant medicine, if you have a skilled

Endora:

. In your soul.

Endora:

It's nasty.

Raven:

Something western medicine will never, it's not

Endora:

I think so.

Endora:

, I believe in you guys.

Endora:

I wouldn't be here if I didn't.

Endora:

, I believe in humanity.

Endora:

I believe I'm your biggest chili.

Endora:

Yes, you will.

Endora:

You will.

Endora:

You will understand.

Endora:

We will come to a great understanding of frequency, vibration, and balance.

Endora:

We will come to an energy, we will come to a great understanding of that we have

Endora:

We have before those civilizations were destroyed.

Endora:

, But I truly believe we will come into balance.

Endora:

I know we will.

Endora:

I don't believe, I know.

Endora:

Natural knows.

Raven:

It's true.

Raven:

It's true.

Raven:

We're getting closer every day.

Endora:

Yes.

Raven:

Well, with that said, Endora, this has been an awesome conversation.

Raven:

I've learned so much from you, and I really hope we can keep it going.

Raven:

I'd love to have you on again.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

, I have so many more questions I wanna dive into, but I guess my next big

Raven:

one is kind of what's next for you and where can listeners find you online?

Endora:

Perfect.

Endora:

So what's next for me is I'm transitioning from natural nose

Endora:

So, um, the hummingbird spirit is one of sweetness.

Endora:

And it's actually the spirit, , the energy that can come close to

Endora:

To smitherines in traditional culture.

Endora:

We deliver messages back and forth, , the message of love and truth and serenity

Endora:

truly sweet And spreading that love as we fly back and forth great distances.

Endora:

So Hummingbird Healing House will be a nonprofit organization where

Endora:

people of low income or no income can come and receive healing modalities.

Endora:

I'm gonna venture off a little bit.

Endora:

I know we're rapping , and I know that they're doing it because of

Endora:

hurts my soul to see , psilocybin ceremonies that are 3000, 5,000.

Raven:

Oh my.

Raven:

Don't even get me started.

Raven:

I could talk for three hours on how awful that is.

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

So, um, I need to, I need, again, we will have balance,

Raven:

Yeah, . , it takes some people out there doing the good work to make

Endora:

Yes.

Endora:

so, um, that will be rolling out in the next three to six

Endora:

I want to have a permanent retreat space for people to come and rest and,

Endora:

them from massage, to plant medicine work, whatever that looks like for you.

Endora:

And you don't have to, uh, sell your firstborn child to participate.

Endora:

Um, you can find me online at natural knows on Instagram, , and

Endora:

my website is www natural knows llc.com and you can find me there.

Endora:

Um, And also you can find me in the cosmos.

Endora:

A lot of people when they come in contact, they be like, Endora, I've been

Endora:

to you, I and you, and you just like guided me through different situations.

Endora:

And I'm like that again.

Endora:

Have you, did I not tell you who and what I am?

Endora:

My soul is an awakening and ascension specialist, so wherever

Endora:

you need it, I am there out of truth and love and of service.

Raven:

Wow.

Raven:

Thank you so much, Endora, for being able to come online today.

Raven:

A Soul Ascension specialist that is, that's very, very heavy, hard work

Raven:

. Endora: I love it and I, I

Raven:

I keep telling myself I'm not gonna come back, but I'm coming back.

Raven:

Yeah.

Raven:

So I feel I'm a firm believer they don't really get a choice in some matters.

Raven:

Yes.

Raven:

You know, the wheels, yeah.

Raven:

The wheels of karma are always churning.

Raven:

And they got you.

Endora:

Yeah.

Endora:

They got me.

Endora:

They got me.

Endora:

So I'm here to be of internal service to divide, source, creator,

Endora:

To the human species cuz we will have balance and we will ascend.

Endora:

And I love each and every one of you all.

Endora:

And I, I pray blessings upon you and your bloodline and health and wealth and

Endora:

All right, so that's all we have for today, everyone.
